CANCELLATION POLICY • CANCELLATIONS I REQUIRE 48 HOUR NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS • MISSED APPOINTMENTS/ NO SHOWS IF A CLIENT FAILS TO CANCEL THEIR APPOINTMENT AND/OR NO SHOWS THEY WILL CHARGED UP TO 50% OF THE SERVICE THEY WERE SCHEDULED FOR. • LATE ARRIVALS PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SERVICE IF IT CAN NOT BE COMPLETED IN THE REMAINING TIME FRAME ALL ATTEMPTS TO RESCHEDULE IN A TIMELY MANNER WILL BE MADE. IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU 15 MINUTES OR MORE INTO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A "NO-SHOW" AND WILL BE TREATED AS A MISSED APPOINTMENT. WE UNDERSTAND EMERGENCIES HAPPEN, THOSE WILL BE TREATED ON A CASE BY CASE SCENARIO.

I've been doing this amazing profession for 10 years, and it's the greatest job I've ever had. Where else can you bond with amazing people while making them feel beautiful? I can't say enough how much I love the relationships I've made over the years with the most fabulous people. My goal in creating Crown was to provide a professional, comfortable and fun environment where people can go and “ everybody knows your name”. I adore all my peeps at the salon, they are my crew - my tribe, both past and present. My philosophy has always been, “make them successful, then I will be successful”. I’ve been a nail tech since April, 2016. I use only Hard Gel, and I specialize in making my clients feel special and valued! Their happiness is of utmost importance to me, and if they think their nails are “fine”, we’re not done! Perfection is the goal, they need to be thrilled! Relationships are more important than my bottom line. I love doing nails, and I love my clients more!
